Green Micro & Nano (GMN) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HANSON. Under the agreement, Hanson will serve as GMN’s exclusive distributor in China for additives used in molded-pulp applications. The two companies will collaborate on product promotion, market development and application deployment to accelerate the commercialization of molded-pulp additives.
The partnership will develop an industry-chain model that combines intelligent equipment with eco-friendly additives. The two parties will work closely on additive promotion, equipment and process integration, and market expansion, exploring a new approach to industry collaboration. GMN will leverage its functional additive systems to enhance Hanson’s equipment platform and enable closed-loop optimization across materials, equipment and additives. Hanson, in turn, will draw on its customer channels and engineering capabilities to accelerate the commercialization of GMN’s innovative additives in molded-pulp applications.
Going forward, the companies will work together to scale up the use of functional micro- and nanocellulose materials in molded-pulp equipment, supporting the industry’s progress toward greater efficiency and environmental sustainability.
