Green Micro & Nano (GMN) took part in the 3rd SIC Personal Care Products Conference 2026, showcasing innovative applications of micro- and nanocellulose in the beauty & personal care industry through product demonstrations and a technical presentation.
GMN showcased three major product series: Hydraflora® Plant-Based Amphiphilic Hydrogel, AquaCaps® Wet Capsules, and ViviBeads® Visual Beads. These innovative materials brought fresh ideas to personal care formulation while highlighting the company’s deep technical expertise and strong product capabilities, attracting numerous brand representatives for on-site discussions.
Notably,Hydraflora® Plant-Based Amphiphilic Hydrogel, which was selected as an official ingredient for the 8th Super Formulator Competition, bringing formulators and ingredient suppliers together to support the transition of innovative materials from the laboratory to the market and facilitate a more efficient connection between technology development and industrial application.
During the conference, Qi Chen, Director of Personal Care Product Development at GMN, delivered a presentation titled “From Structural Reconstruction to Functional Leap: Material Innovation and Applications of Natural Micro- and Nanocellulose.” The presentation explored the underlying technology and application pathways of micro- and nanocellulose in personal care, highlighting its potential to enhance formulation stability and improve product sensory properties and skin feel.
